From a desktop please go to the Users tab. Then select Change Office. From the mobile app

To cancel a pending order, please go to the Signpost tab, find the property, and click on the
Cancel Order icon. From the mobile app tap on the listing then tap Cancel. If your order has
already been scheduled, you will need to contact the installation company directly to cancel the
order.
